Hi All, After the last email we sent in Nice, we went to Monaco the following day and had a look around at all the massive yachts and the went to the casino and watched a gut lose €15,000 in 30mins but I ended up about €40 up which was good. From there we went to Barcelona which is an awesome city and stayed for 5 nights. It has a reputation as a party city and I know why. We went on a pub crawl 1 night and then went to another famous club another night called Pacha with some other guys from the hostel as well as a few other places. The nightclubs over here dont get started to about 2am but dont get full till about 3am so there were a couple of late nights. As well as the nightlife there was also a lot of stuff to see during the day such as the Nou Camp (where Barcelona FC play) which holds around 98,000 people as well as see the Palace, Castle, Gaudi's Sangrada Familiar (a massive cathedral which has taken 100 to build and still will take another 25 years to complete). As Barcelona is a big city we decided to do a bike tour arounf which was quite fun and learnt a lot and then the final day was spent laying on the beach and swimming in water that was around 25 degrees warm. On our last night we went and seen a bull fight, and let me tell you that it is pretty full on watching a matador stick around 6 spikes in the back of the bull as well as stab it a few other times and then the final sword of around 2ft get stabbed the full way into the back of the bull and then watch it stumble to the ground were it is finally killed. This whole process goes for around 30mins per bull and there were 6 fights in total but we had enough after 4. I am glad that I went, but it is something that I would only do once.
