Went to Lagos, Portugal for the 1st May Bank Holiday.  Me, Goody, Megs, Jano, Gabby, Benny C & Moni packed up our white pasty bodies and flew over to the Algarve.   The villa we stayed in was amazing, the fridge (up there with one of the best beer fridges ever) and pool was heated to a delightful 24 degrees! Hi, I did manage to get away for a week over easter to do a tour of Turkey with Jansen and Megs, which was a great experience and a lot different to what I expected. The people there are really friendly (unlike the Turks that I played soccer against in Melb) and the place has so much history being around 5000 yrs old with places like Troy and Ephesus. Hi, Budapest I would have to say is one of my favourite cities in Europe. It is a very beautiful city with a great castle and the river Danube running through it and the people there are really friendly and speak good English and has a great nightlife as well.
