Day 11 02/08/11 Spent the morning at Alice Springs Deserts Park, amazing how alive the Desert is with animal life! Birds of Prey display was very special, all birds fly in of their own accord. Day 1 23/07/11Left Koondrook and headed to Mildura to meet up with Ron & Carol. Stopped at Wood Wood for Hot Dogs on the side of the Murray for lunch, I picked up some yummy homemade Jam from a store on the side of the road. Well we could'nt wait any longer and decided to hit the road a day early. We are camped next to the Murray River in the Gunbower State Forest near Koondrook Vic. Its only about 2 hrs from home but it was a start. When Billy asked when we were going camping we both replied TODAY!!!
