Day 15 06/08/11
Toby & Ron rose early to get some shots of Sunrise, I stayed in bed and enjoyed a little longer until Billy woke. We were packed up and ready to go by 8.30 - next camp Daly Waters! Ron got us to have a stop at Three Ways - a boy's stop he described!! Was a big Truckie stop, Ron was hoping to see lots of Road Trains but we think because it was Saturday numbers were down……… lucky one did pull in, so Toby, Billy and Ron rushed on over! Dad and Billy had their photo taken in front, the driver offered Billy and turn to sit on the front seat but that was all a bit scary!! Despite we were now travailing on the Black Top the day was becoming quite boring Toby & I decided - give us back the bumpy roads for some excitement! Pulled into our Daly Waters stop around 4.30 - the Roadhouse had been recommended by other Club member and Toby was impressed - $14 for the night and a complimentary Beer & Wine!! We set up and headed to the Daly Waters Pub about 7kms up the road………. Iconic Pub! Free entertainment and Bari on the BBQ for Dinner, we had to stay!! Even arrived at Happy Hour and managed to win free Beers and Wine with the coin toss…… b***** that I can't had the wine at the moment and Toby had to purchase my Lemon Squash  The NT Variety Bash were also at the Pub kicking off their run in the morning………. The cars had started to arrive and a few were parked out the front - Toby & I were quite excited to see the Telford's Building Systems car there!! No one we knew but nice to see some Shepparton names!
