Well we could'nt wait any longer and decided to hit the road a day early. We are camped next to the Murray River in the Gunbower State Forest near Koondrook Vic. Its only about 2 hrs from home but it was a start. When Billy asked when we were going camping we both replied TODAY!!!
He was very excited last night when he got home to find the Paj and the camper parked in the driveway being packed.
The spot we have here is 5 meters from the Murray and quite relaxing. The plan is to head off in the morning after it warms up and the camper is dry and head for Mildura to meet up with our trip buddies Ron & Carol.
Its time to sit by the fire and have some dinner (and a few beers)
