Day 13 04/08/11 Exit Alice via the Ross Hwy, Binn’s Track takes a right hand turn but we decide to proceed along the Ross hwy to Trephina Gorge……….. Glad we did! We take the short walk down to the gorge bottom, besides not enough time for the Big Hikes, but Billy’s legs just don’t carry him that far and he’s getting too big to carry these days!! Day 15 06/08/11Toby & Ron rose early to get some shots of Sunrise, I stayed in bed and enjoyed a little longer until Billy woke. We were packed up and ready to go by 8.30 - next camp Daly Waters! Day 11 02/08/11 Spent the morning at Alice Springs Deserts Park, amazing how alive the Desert is with animal life! Birds of Prey display was very special, all birds fly in of their own accord. Day 1 23/07/11Left Koondrook and headed to Mildura to meet up with Ron & Carol. Stopped at Wood Wood for Hot Dogs on the side of the Murray for lunch, I picked up some yummy homemade Jam from a store on the side of the road.
