Hi again everyone. Bangkok has grown on me and it feels like I've been here ages. Yesterday we went to The Grand Palace which was bright and shiney and full of tourists, but you have to do these things. Whilst there we went to see Wat Phra Kaew which is the Emerald Buddha and to be honest it was a bit disappointing - I was expecting a big b***** but it was so tiny you could hardly see it. Hey well I got here. Currently sitting in Internet Cafe in Kaho Sam Road - it\'s mad. We\'ve just been for food and ended up in an Irish Bar eating Thai curry and listening to a band (Thai) playing Amercian rock really well. What\'s Bangkok like - mad, dirty, busy, over the top and on first impressions great. Off to see the Grand Palace tomorrow and maybe get a Thai massage.
