Today we woke early and travelled on the bus to Karanghave caves. Inside they were pitch black and we had to hold onto each other to find our way through the other side! It was pretty rubbish weather, but there was still some beautiful scenery.

We then drive onto waitomo caves. We we walked through the caves and saw some incredible formations and glow worms up close! It was lots of fun but very cold!

So far my perception of New Zealand is cold and rainy- just like England! However I'm meeting some great people and seeing lots of lovely scenery!
