Yesterday we did not do much, we had another lazy day! We went into the town and Emms and I bought kangaroo charms for our Pandora bracelets, and Becca bought a lush bag. We then cooked the family supper, which was very much enjoyed! We had also got them a little something to say thank you. Luckily we didn't have an early start for the bus as Brisbane is part-way through a sector, so in the morning John took us out to Mount Coot-tha where you can look out over all of Brisbane, it is vast, it's hard to believe only 2 million people live in and around it as it looked massive! We went back and had some lunch, said our goodbyes, and were dropped at the bus station. The journey was only about 4 hours and we left Queensland and entered New South Wales, we went by several theme parks, and through Surfers Paradise, its layout is sky scrapers on the beach, it felt very American and I was kind of glad we weren't stopping there! We arrived in Byron about 5pm, our room is nice and large - 8 bed - and there is a nice German girl called Laura, we are just going to stay in tonight, the weather is pretty foul, hopefully tomorrow it will perk up!
