Today is Australia Day! They celebrate the first colonial people arriving in Australia. Flags are flying

Coffs Harbour was a mixture of places; marina with the coffs jetty, botanical gardens, creeks and a huge shopping plaza. We managed to do all of the above! On the first evening there was a twilight market across the road from camp site which ran parallel to the beach. Lots of food stalls with lovely smells and a band playing, a young 3 boy piece who sang a mixture of their own stuff plus covers such a George Ezra and Jason Marz. We sat with our beers and enjoyed....

Day 5 of our road trip; and it's going better then I expected! Blue mountains was our first stop for 2 nights, it was totally mind blowing scenery and certainly a cardio workout! Some of the path ways were a challenge for my little legs and my heart was certainly pumping after climbing the hilly parts but totally worth it. Yesterday I met up with friend Amy, not seen each other for at least 5 years, strange we live 40 mins away from each other in Cornwall but we meet up the other side of the world! Had a lovely day together
