Well, Australia hasn't disappointed in any respect. All the trips I booked blind from the UK worked out brilliantly, and even the weather's been good! We've had daily evening downpours in Port Douglas, but you do kind of expect that in the middle of a rainforest...clue in the name...and by that time we were back in our apartment anyway, so no dramas, as they say! Here's a photo of a local resident as we move on now to NZ and all the delights in store for us there.
