After a delicious fruit breakfast on the terrace of our Marrakech hostel we went in search for our hire car and headed out of Marrakech and away from city life-delightful! 4 hours later after some very windy roads up and over the Atlas Mountains (stunning!)and then through the rocky desert Rockies we arrived at Ouzarante (where Gladiator was filmed) and where we realised that we were only half way to our intended destination, Zagora. A very quick stop for lunch and we (Baz because I left my driving license in the UK!) pushed on. At half 5 we arrived in Zagora ( a lot of kasbahs and oasises later) and have a bedouin style tent to sleep in for the night but right beside the swimming pool! How spoilt! A swim was in order before walking into town to find some dinner! A camel trek and Bedouin night under the stars tomorrow should give us a bit of a relaxing day at last!
