We arrived at the airport a couple of hours before departure as we had already checked in online and only needed to drop off our bags. The check-in queue was non-existent so we went straight up to the counter and dropped our bags off. The person checking our bags in said the plane was nearly empty and said we could move to whichever seat we wanted after the plane had taken off.

After dropping our bags off we went and had some lunch before passing through immigration and security and making our way to the boarding lounge. The person at check-in wasn't kidding, the boarding lounge was nearly empty.

Eventually we boarded the plane (which didn't take long) and were on our way to Bandar Seri Begawan.
