So.... we are now in Philadelphia! First of all, please excuse the pics, they don't have any of Philly! Our last night in New York was fantastic! First of all we went to Ellen's Stardust Diner where all the waiting staff sing and dance around you as you eat!! As you all know I love the cheesy stuff and that was fab!! Food was pretty good too! Later on we met up with some of the boys from camp and went out for a night in the East Village where there are lots of trendy little bars. Charlie is only 18 so we had a few problems as they are very strict on ID here but luckily we found a cool little bar that forgot to ID us! A good night was had by all! We left on the bus this morning after about 3 hours sleep and arrived here in Philadelphia 2 hours later. We had to walk for about half an hour to our hostel which was tough with our rucksacks.... I'm beginning to regret buying those new shoes, jeans, jumper, top, etc etc!! I don't made a very good traveller! Our hostel is quiet and in the middle of nowhere so we've had a quiet evening watching movies, eating chinese takeaway and chatting to the other people here. We needed the rest! Tomorrow we are off to stay with one of our campers, her mum worked at the camp. Hopefully we'll have a few days without spending much money!! The plan is to get over to California (we've cut all the other stops coz we're skint!!) and we have more people to stay with over there. At least we can top up the tan abit more before we come home!
