NZ Day 11

Has it only been 11 days? God it feels like more.

I had an epic ride today. It started out a bit cool. the air had a bite to it, even under my leather gloves. But by mid-day it warmed up nicely. about 84 right now. Awesome!

Today we rode the legendary lewis pass from Reefton to Christchurch. All I can say about the epicness of NZ, is... the Mountains are plentyfull, much more so the North America. You see a mtn, then behind that, another, then behind that, even still more, bigger and grander. I highly doubt my pictures are going to do it justice, but trust me. This def is an EPIC place.

We arrive into the city of Christchurch today. Our hotel is called Hotel So, and is UBER cool. very trendy and hip if you will. Free WIFI...FINALLY!! even cool mood lighting in our room. You can change the colors from greens to purples to reds to blues, to orange. awesome!

I have to leave this place at about 4PM to go pick up the helmet that Ashly will be wearing for the next week. She is in Sydney right now taking in some awesome tours I believe.

Then at midnight I have to go to the airport to pick her up. Crappy late flight, and hopefully we'll both sleep good tonight as tomorrow is going to be our longest ride of the trip.

I even started to download the fellowship of the ring. I just HAVE to watch it again now.
