Arrived here after pleasant drive through Swansea, Pontypool and Orford (part of Warrington). Staying in an old jam factory - makes a change from sheds! It's lovely inside. We even have machinery in our room. This is view from our window. They left a note about convicts name Jones that were sent here in the 1800s - there were of course many but they printed out a few. Should get them to look for my name - there could well be a few named lawless!

Hobart is really nice shipping place. Been around since 1804. Went to museum took at Antarctica exhibit. what a rough cold that journey that must have been particularly in the boats and clothes they would have had.
