Eventually got on the bus to Brisbane which turned up 2 hours late. Our first impressions of the city weren't too good. We were really looking forward to getting back into a city where we could shop but as soon as we got there we couldn't wait to leave! Went shopping in the afternoon and and cooked our evening meal tonight. We then decided to go to the cinema to see Wolf Creek which is based on true events of backpackers in Oz who have gone missing. We knew it was going to be scary but it was gruesome! We then had to walk back to our hostel which was about 40 minutes walk including the time of getting lost! We were s***ting ourselves at times as there are bats the size of huge seagulls which fly out of the trees and down the streets. We screemed soooo loud!!
