Woke up to rain for the first time in New Zealand and were not impressed. We had planned a walk on the glacier today but changed our minds due to the weather. We did drive up to it and walked to the bottom but the clouds were so low that we hardly saw anything. Got rather soaked. Hoping that it will be better tomorrow so we can do a glacier walk before heading off to Greymouth.

Oh my God, I did a skydive over the mountains at 12000ft. It was the best thing I have done so far on my travels and would recommend it to anyone! Sarah kept her feet firmly on the ground and watched.

Arrived In Queenstown and discovered a really cool bar. Its called Minus 5 and it is actually freezing cold inside. Everything is made from ice even the glasses. There is one in London, you must pay it a visit.

NOw in Dunedin, home of the Cadburys chocolate factory. We thought it would have been rude of us to not pay them a visit so we had a guided tour. They even gave away free samples, how about that? I have discovered the 'Moro' chocolate bar which is like a Mars but a lot better!

Arrived In New Zealand yesterday and I'm sure you will all be glad to know that we are very cold. not as cold as home but still freezing compared to Cairns. We hired a lovely shiny red car today and have named her Hilda. She does struggle on hills in 2nd gear but we love her! Sarahs map reading skills are worst than I thought. I was following her instructions and we went about 70km out of our way.......help!
