Sabadi

Took the slow boat from Huay Xai to Luang Prabang on the 24/03. Should have seen the way they pack these boats there were people just about sittin on the engine. Boat took two days down the Mekong. Had an over night stop in Pak Beng. Nothin there really just a few guest houses an restaurants.

Got to Luang Prabang on 25/03, its a nice little town loads of french influence in the buildings and food, travelling with the SA couple Shaun+Lea and Jamie from from canada now. Its alot cheaper cos can go halfs with jamie on the rooms now.

Next day we went the waterfall, the colour of the water was amazing. Jumped in from the small one with some little monks. Funny watchin a little monk do a somersault in his orange robe. Got a really good massage here to, best one so far out of eleven since I started travelling ha ha.

Enjoyed Luang Prabang its dead chilled an relaxed atmosphere and cheap too. Defo like to come back here and spend as bit longer than the three days I did.

Off to Vang Vien to do some tubing down the river. Heard loads aba it so should be good can't wait.
