We went to a kiwi house where we saw two kiwis and two keas. Then we drove and drove and finally found a motel and I found a few kids to play Koosh ball with. 

In the morning I got some socks, and orange ayowie and a talking scoobydoo in my stocking. Then we took a beautiful road through the Gates of Haast. When we got to Arrowtown we got a motel and we had Christmas dinner where everything came from a package except the green beans. In the afternoon we went up in a gondola to look down into the valley. I went on the luge down a really neat path. 

We drove up to Franz Joseph glacier. Then it started to rain. The whole trip took 2 hours. Then we took a look at Fox glacier. Then got into a hotel opened a few presents which were keychains from Lucinda and a fairy book. Went to sleep thinking wet dreams. 

We drove to Nelson for the market. Then drove for a very long tie until we stopped in a parking lots and saw a weka. Then drove to another parking lot and fed lots of wekas. Then we walked to a seal colony and saw seal pups. One seal had a fishing net around his neck. Poor seal. We kept on driving until we got to pancake rocks and it started to pour with rain. We saw some dolphins in the waves. We hurried on to a motel, dried out clothes then flopped into bed, so...

Friday - We drove to Farwell spit and sat on a beach to eat our lunch. Then we clambered over rocks and saw a seal. We drove to a silk painting lady who is from Canada. We bought two keas in a pohutokawa tree. We saw some little ducklings that she said I could pick up. We also went to Pupu springs. Then we got a tile of a fish and went home.
