We then bussed over to part of the 'slums' of Soweto where we walked through the streets down to Pam's crèche. We met the 4-5 year olds who gave us a little performance and we sang for them as well. They were all super cute. We went over to a giant mall for lunch, where the best option was Nando's. We were a bit worried once we got into Amsterdam because Merina, Jojo and I were apparently put on 'standby' for the Johannesburg flight. We started off our day by packing onto a bus at Southgate before 8am. No hiccups there at all. Had an easy ride to Calgary.
