We were a little slow getting going in the morning. Breakfast was brought to us - hot croissants! We also made some lunch to take with us. We walked up to Centraal station to get our Holland passes. Hopped on the bus with our 24hr transit pass to go down to the Van Gogh museum. Good thing we got the pass because the line was really long to get in, but we got to get in the fast lane, so it didn't take that long to get into the museum. There were 4 floors that took you through the different periods of Van Gogh's life and his paintings. There were really some beautiful pieces. I really loved some of his orchard paintings. Spent a fair amount of time in there. Bought a couple things at the souvenir shop, then we walked over to the Rijksmuseum. We stopped at a little shop on the way and ended up getting matching Amsterdam sweaters.
