Surfing is awesome!! I love it so much! Had such a cool day learning to surf and we are now pros! We took a 20 minute bus drive to a beach near Byron where the surf was good to learn. Left Sydney on Monday at 7.30pm on the Greyhound. Took 14 hours to get to Byron (longer than our flight from the UK!!). The overnight was a good option though as we saved on a night in a hostel and it actually went pretty quickly. I was sorted with 24 on the ipod - amazing how quickly time can pass!
