Last day of holiday! Going to meet Sally and Gregg at Circular quay to get the ferry to way sons Bay. Was raining earlier but getting sunny so, shorts on and off we go, will report on meeting later. Tomorrow we get up at 2am for taxi and time goes to pot until we get home.

Sailed into Sydney harbour at 7am this morning perfect sunny morning, unforgettable. Everything as we have seen before but special coming in on the boat. Disembark in a few minutes, end of the little adventure .

Bateman Bay - a sleepy little resort. Went to the local botanical gardens and an artists village very relaxing saw lots of kangaroos close up I don't know who was more shocked. Lots of close up photos.

Today we are at Eden a lovely town on a promontory. Went around a reserve and were welcomed by Maoris who gave us their blessing and told us about their traditions . We then learned that the town was built on whaling and that they cooperated with killer whales, the killer whales drove the whales into the bay where they were killed and the killer whales were fed on the left overs.
