Manchester airport - the holiday begins! It was a beautiful day and part of us wouldn't have minded staying but we know it will soon revert to crap. Sitting Emirates lounge very impressed 2 glasses SV cheers!.

Took boys to see Liverpool Life museum very impressed, a bit confusing but all interesting for most ages. Stunning building inside. Then went to Costco for cookies which was much more interesting.

Lovely day, hot and still. Went paddling in the morning when the tide was in and walked to Hilbre island when it went out, boys exhausted, went straight to bed.

Went to Tatton Park car show, not many cars but good fun, boys tried RCA cars and a racing car ( see photos ) and then had a great late lunch in Picolinos.
