It's so nice to have a short drive for once! It only took us about 3.5hrs to travel between the Canyon and Lake Powell. After checking-in, we drove out to Lower Antelope Canyon which is part of the Navajo Indian Reservation. Here we took a bumpy jeep ride out to these amazing Slot Canyons in the desert. They are formed from flash-fooding of the area and have to be seen to be believed. I took some more photo's with MY camera. I decided to buy some shorts (even though I don't really wear them, and haven't brought any away with me) because this area is recreation heaven. We have a room with a balcony overlooking the lake and it is 88F, clear blue sky and beautiful. We have booked a boat-trip tomorrow upto see Rainbow Bridge - can't wait!
