Hey Everyone,

It is almost the end of our first full day!!! We are both totally drained, the heat seems to suck the energy from your bones!! Today we saw the Hanoi Hilton, a prison that held US pilots when the got shot down, we also saw Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleme...dont know quite how the spell that.... and we also saw the first university... the Temple of Literature.... all pretty amazing, i will up load photos of them all once I find a better computer.

Also, Today I gained first hand knowledge of taxi scamming, what should have been a 35000 dong trip back to our hotel after lunch, ended up costing 400000 dong after a beautiful (unexpected) tour of the city... I belive we passed our original pick-up spot twice!!! But no matter it was an experience i wont soon forget! HAHA!!

We spend tonight on a sleeper train to HUE..... apparantly very basic..... should be interesting!!!!
