Hey everyone,

Elise here, its before 7am and we're downstairs about to have breakfast as tom's hungry (as always). Last night we had our first grop meeting, theres 15 of us all together, all from england, new zealand and australia. Theyre all very nice and most of us went to dinner together which was fantastic, our group leaders name is Trong and he showed us some great places to eat and drink. Dinner was so yum (which we found out actually means horny in vietnamese, sowe've all stopped using that term!) It cost us 170000 dong($10AUD) and mind you thats with 3 beers for tom and a glass of wine for me! haha. We then went to a local bar for some drinks, tom proceeded to have another 3 beers and as you can imagine was a little bit 'tipsy'. We played darts and I won so tom didnt want to play that again. I got ambushed on the street, felt sorry for the lady and ended up with a giant bag full of lychees, which tom doesnt even like, so thats going to be interesting.

Anyway we're off to have breakfast. We'll probably post again in Hue after a fun night on the sleeper train, which is meant to be pretty 'basic' with disgusting toilets.... :)
