Hi all! We had a slow morning. We were waiting for the guys to get off early and take to Nove in the afternoon. So we walked around Aviano and went shopping. SHops are only open for a few hours so we were finally able to get into some of them.

OUr drive to Nove took 2 1//2 hours - we were not happy with that. When we finally found it, after driving around a "round about" at least 4 times, we had to ask for directions. We got to Nove to find these ceramic shops. That took forever...as we had no clue where they were. And they were due to close by 6:30. We got there about 5:30. After a very slow start, and many wrong turns walking around the town, we did find 2 ceramic shops. They apparently are famous for their ceramics. We asked directions to this castle we saw driving up on a hill. To make a long story short, we drove up a switch-back road, barely was able to make the turn into the restaurants driveway, we made our way to this beautiful restaurant in this castle on the hill! So a slow,almost disappointing afternoon, ended with us finding this fabulous restaurant within castle walls and having a beautiful Italian dinner!

I probably won't post anything for a few days. We are going to Venice tomorrow and spending the nite. I dont wish to take this laptop as we have to travel lite, with backpacks on a train. So I'll get on probably Sunday nite. Love you all! Chiao!
