Made it to Koh Samui safe and sound. Stayed for 6 days, spent 3 nights a bit out of the way in a hut at the north end of Hat Chaweng, then 3 nights in the mixer. Kind of ying and yang week - half chilling on the beach half experimenting with sangsom/vodka-redbull buckets!

Found a gym aswell which was handy..hired out our first scooter which was an interesting experience - no license, no helmet, no t-shirt (mum u wouldve been proud - NOT!) Went to see grandfather and grandmother rocks - see pics (u will get the idea) Turns out scooters are good in straight lines but turning is a lot harder! haha

Second guest house was next to a bar called 'Boyzone' - basically where all the gay men in Koh Samui congregate! Everyday we had to walk past we heard all kinds of things, we even got offered to be paid for them to massage us! Good laugh but not for the homophobic!

Next is Koh Tao for PADI diving course and 2 trips to full moon parties on Koh Phangan!
