Hi peeps
The gang landed safely a bit achey and tired but had a great trip.We had a big slap up meal that night to celebrate and the following day went to Milford Sound on a cruise ...It was Awesome,Got to see 4 Fiordland crested penguins as a bonus.At this time of year their malting so they hide in the forest for about 3 weeks severely depressed cos they cant swim therefore they cant eat......a bit like Geoff would be I'm sure.The following day we moved back to Qeensland hoping G an J were going to do their skydive (Joanna not too sure lol) and Blobbie was going to crew a trip on the NZ Americas cup yacht but both trips cancd cos of weather conditions......so we did a trip to the ice bar where we were provided with a pair of Ugg boots and a fur coat and we were forced to drink vodka cocktails from glasses made of ice whilst looking at ice sculptures. Then we hit a cocktail bar and another bar ....all in all a great last nite wiyh the kiddoes.Left them in wanaka in the morning and carried on to the Glacier...amazing drive thru waterfalls at some points.The town isnt so amazing and quite expensive but we are off in a mo to the top of the glacier should be good.Tomorrow we have a long bus ride back to Nelson.Oh dear ...more scrumpy !!!We are staying for 3 days at a lodge on the beach on the Queen Charlotte track which has lots of coastal walks .Really looking forward to it .Ok gotta a shuttle to catch so catch up with u all laterz
