Not such an early start today, which was nice after such a busy few days. Uncle Vern picked us up from Dave's late morning for a drive to the Yarra valley and a wine tasting experience. His wife, Jenny, and two of his three children, David & Michelle, also came. Sarah is currently in Canada, travelling and working. A pleasant drive past Kangaroo Ground and over the Yarra Glen. Visited two estates to enjoy a variety of wines- sparkling, white, rose, red & fortified. Tasted some nice cheeses too. A real fun day. I'll add the names of estates when I get back to Melbourne as I am writing this whilst in NZ and don't have all the details with me. Blogging has been a challenge due to the website not being available (looks like it has been updated), finding the time, and having WiFi too. So please be patient for the updates.
