Day one in Sydney turned out to be a chilled one, after doing the tourist bit and taking photos of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, we headed to Bondi. Our drive back to Noosa (600km drive to Airlie Beach followed by a 750km drive to Town 1770) was a fairly easy one, seeing more of the Austrailian landscape the main thing we noticed was that it was a lot dryer than our drive up. This was due to the raining season ending and this meant all the trees and grass where starting to go very brown and die.
