Due to our website not bloody working and the 3 amigos seem to be the only people leaving the messages i thought we'll leave a little note to say we're looking forward to meeting with one of the 3 amigos. its a real honour and privilage. While in our company u will be known as d'artagnan.

its weird but readjusting slowly. already really bored and the process of finding a job has already strarted, ahhhhh! been to the gym twice already and going again today. looked like a puney little boy (ben) when i went. weighed myself and i was under 14st 4 the 1st time in years, 13st 12lbs. was gutttted as when i left wasabout 14st 11/12lbs (pure muscle obviously). went bk the next day and after eating 3 meals in a day 4 the 1st time in however long was bk up to 14st... yes! havent seen many people yet but gonna try and go out 4 some beers on sat. hope my drinking is better than it was on ko phi phi. does anyone else ever write on this web-site!

Its pretty difficult getting fat over here Jon, considdering im sweating for about 24 hours solid and they give you appetisers for meals. I'll prob come back like ben richardson (Sorry Ben). Anyway despite the few scarey moments, im having a quality time. Whats Sheffield like then mate? I expect you've been spending many an hour in the library researching etc? Have you lost any of the travellers gut, or will the uni rugby team except you like that? Row, are you getting to grips with life back in the Uk? Are you missing rubbing cream all over my back?

Just had another interesting bus journey (to add to the journey with the blowout tyre in Thailand, and the journey with the breakdown on the terrorist / bandit occupied highway of route 13 in Laos). This time as well as getting another blow out tyre whilst driving up and around a mountain ridge, the guy sitting next to me was carrying a machine gun. He got off in the middle of nowhere and disappeared into a hedge. How scared was I!!!!!!!!!!!

sounds like u have been having a good time and are coping without me! didnt sleep at all on the plane despite having two seats to myself. watched 4 films (beat that one m8). unleashed, mr and mrs smith, the longest yard, and fever pitch. managed to stay awake 4 the whole of fri, so went over 40 hrs without sleeping. got a bit scary tho as started to hollusinate so thought a better sleep. gonna send u an e-mail m8 so have a read of that. happy travelling keep up the good. its f***ing weird being home m8, big time!

Had a well random night last night. Went to a club in Vientiane with a couple of locals. There were 4 white guys in there, and i was one of them. Pretty weird night but got home safely, via a late night food market. I have no idea what they ordered for me, but i have a feeling i dont wanna know anyway. Ive put loads of photos up foryour perusal, totally up to date now. Enjoy!

Did you get back ok Row? What films did you get on the flight? I made it to Vientiane on the overnight bus and have spent all day walking about the temples / wats etc. Pretty much done everything the capital has to offer so i'll probably move on fairly soon. I think im now a billionaire or someting cos they've got crazy money over here. I cashed in 60 pounds worth of travellers cheques and came back with a wad of cash about 3 inches thick. I got over 1 million kip for 60 quid so im feeling like a bit of a king at the mo. Had an awesome meal last night (on my own) for just over 1 pound. Jon would get well fat here! Not me though cos im an athelete.

My thundercats t-shirt is awesome but i have seen a rather attractive transformers t-shirt thats a worthy competitor! However my backpack is overflowing so im finished buying cheap t-shirts and leaving Bangkok tomorrow (i think its cos with row going, it'll remind me of the good times and i just wont be able to handle it emotionally). Getting an overnight bus to Laos for 2 weeks of solitude, could be interesting. Look after row when he gets back, hes had a tiresome time out here and needs some tlc.
