Cheers mate, no worries about the health. Greek and i went for a jog on the beach in Mui Ne the other day for about half hour and it was ok - so im clearly not drinking enough beer out here! Just got back from the Cu Chi Tunnels, they were pretty interesting, but nowhere near as cool as firing the machine guns on the shooting range. I couldnt even tell if i hit the targets. Going to Cambodia tomorrow and we're planning on firing some serious weapons in Phnom Penh (Mum will be so proud).

alright m8, didnt have a league game last week played peterborough A team {1s and 2s) and beat them 24-17. played yesterday away at mens own and won 31-9. they had most of possession but we scored all the tries 4 in total. larry got 2, one which started from our own 22. aidie got 1 and denty got one. was his 1st game bk 4 6 weeks. we played well. no cup game yet but we've got bugbrooke in 1st round of the alliance cup! hope u arent wasting away too much. its foooking hard getting the oldfitness bk i tell thee!

robbie and andy scored nick kicked the cons and couple pens last week. lost yesterday v banbury (top of league) they were good but could've won. were 10-0 up at half time, shudve scored at the end of 1st half. then had two players sin binned at same time, joe and rhys and they scored all their points. got bugbrooke next week in alliance cup, their top of league below.

In Hanoi, its pretty cool but the traffic is chaotic. Already been hit by a few mopeds (nothing serious though mum).
