Jack, Hope the trip is still going well, I have just found out that Dogg is leaving NZ this week soon to arrive in Bedford for a months trial at the Bedford Blues. We've been in contact with Fold and a reunion will be happening in Bedford, it's going to be carnage. Right. Just ended heavy night in Bangkok. Tired but attemptemting good nights kip. JK, you nay have to have the wonga ready for the the place in Koh Samet otherwise I might never be allowed toleave bawngkok. Just get a sky train to Phaya Thai which isabout 2 stops from Siam Square and just head for the siam city hotel. Easy. Get here ealy sop can still enjoy t he amazing pool before I check out.

Been trekking north west of Chiang Mai with the 3 musketeers (Andy, Neil and Phil (not pk)) - see www.offexploring.com/3musketeers . Anyway, we got back a day early because we couldnt do the proposed elephant riding. Apparently the village where we were supposed to be staying for the night and riding the elephants managed to lose the elephants. How could you possible lose an elephant? I dont know. So we did some bamboo rafting instead yesterday afternoon, which turned out to be a bit of a bad idea as there were loads of fallen trees and debris in the river which we inevitably collided with. The result was a capsised raft and mass panic as everyone got swept down river into trees and bushes etc. It could have been very embarrassing for me as i nearly lost my trunks to the rapids whilst hanging on to a stray branch. Fairly scarey at the time, but we had a good laugh about it last night. Getting an overnight bus to Bangkok tonight to meet Pk for some relaxation on a beach.

Hi, im back in Thailand after a couple of weeks in Laos - What a place! People are so friendly and relaxed, country is beautiful, beer is awesome, and everything is so cheap. Had a great time (including the bus journeys, and 2 day boat trips to the border etc). Great win for Casuals - well done lads! Jon - sounds like your aiming for the desmond if you keep up the good work socially. Row - have you asked your old boss for a reference after totally egging them before you left? Good luck with the job hunting? Johnny boy - i think you need to get ur ass over to casuals to play some decent rugby. Only a couple of days to go before i meet up with the 3 musketeers in Chang Mai, should be interesting!

alright jack! in case you havent checked the results from yesterday yet but we beat scouts 5-0 and should of beaten them by more. u'll be pleased to know that i had to play a whole game at 8 after being told i was on the bench. oh yeah it was me who scored the try. it was f***ing awesome m8! had a good piss up after, jon was wrecked and everyone left me!

As of yet i have not had a day where i have stayed in and it has been 2 weeks now. And i am yet to write anything down in our lectures but thats due to it being introductory week!!! It is quality though and unlucky the vicious rumours i do not have a girlfriend and have therefore not ruined my uni life quite yet, im waiting for you Row to come up and do that for me.

neil- yeah yeah i'm weak. but i've hooked up with our old gym buddy arnie mcduggen and he's gonna train me up, he even said that if i was dedicated and showed him the eye of the haggis i could join his underground wrestling circuit. we get 2 go places like bournmouth, slough, and norwich!
