Day 25, 7 July 2014, Oslo, Norway. Wet. Usually I'm blessed with fine weather for travelling, but really the European heatwave of the last few days couldn't continue. And despite there being a massive cruise ship in port, there weren't that many folks around (certainly not that many dry ones). Easy day for the third and final day of the Oslo pass. Used the subway/T-bane to get to the Munch Museum in Toyen... nice and all, but probably enjoyed his art more in ...

Day 24, 6 July 2014, Oslo, Norway - Mini-cruise of Oslo Fjord aboard MS Helena, Astrup Fearnley Museum of (Phenomenally) Modern Art, Munch at The National Gallery, Follow the Money/The Heavy Load at The Historical Museum. Of course the major achievement of the day was actually getting up after yesterday's five museum extravaganza. Three day city passes are definitely a marathon, not a sprint, so I headed into Day 2 with an easy start - a 1.5 hour "mini-cruise" ...

Day 23, 5 July 2014, Oslo, Norway - Oh what a day... late December back in '63... Even by my standards, today was a big one. Huge. Massive. Five museums. Day 22, 4 July 2014, Gothenburg (Sweden) to Oslo (Norway). Love. European. Trains. It was an early start today - Awake at 5 am and creeping out of the hostel at 6 am onto a bus to Central Station. The train to Norway was thankfully without incident and (almost) before I knew it we were on the coast and coming in to Oslo (pictured).
