Monday was a series of phone calls and wasted time. We had the tires repaired at Bob's tires in Hervey Bay but the repairs to the van were a little harder to arrange. The Rum distillery was good fun, turns out Bundaberg cane factory had an excess of molasses in the early 1880s and decided the best way to use it was to turn it into Rum. Thursday we left Rockhampton and drove to the coastal towns of Yeppon and Emu Park aroubc the scenic drive. There seemed to be a lot more going on there than in Rockhampton but i suppose we wouldn't have seen the bull riders.
