After being back home unexpectedly for a while, we're back on the horse and in Thailand; the land of a million smiles. We got a flight straight to Phuket from Bangkok, and went to a place called Patong for a few days. We spent 2 nights in a lovely little town called Pai, which was 3 hours from Chiang Mai. The bus trip itself wasn't great - the journey is along very windy country roads, so you are being thrown about in the back of a minibus the whole way!
