So we are back in the bus, so I thought I’d do another post. We did a sunrise camel ride this morning. I loved it but I hated it. I constantly felt like I would fall off so I was extremely tense and terrified of falling from the height. That being said it was a great experience. I don’t want to do it again though. The sunrise was beautiful and the desert looked so huge from the top of the sand dunes. We actually saw Algeria from the top of the dune.

On our bus ride out we also saw some açai trees pointed out to us which were pretty cool to be able say we saw them in the desert. It also spitted a couple drops of rain in the desert on use today and our guide says that in two days there will be tons of grass for the camels to eat.

I should say that I named my camel Sam. Short for samira. He was not pleased for me. Though he was not getting too worked up about it. I felt the same about him.
