After leaving Koh Tao we took an overnight bus up the coast all the way to Bangkok. It was an uncomfortable ride, however it went faster than expected and we got into Bangkok at about 340AM, which was a bit rough. Luckily they dropped us off in a pretty backpacker friendly part of the city, so after walking around a bit we managed to find a hostel and settle down for a few hours sleep. Hello and a quick update on this blog, henceforth it will be just Charles blog as Ally has decided to do her own. Once she's started it I'll post a link here so everyone can keep track of both of us.
