This is our last night at Forster, thank you to Cagga who has lent us her beautiful home and given us the opportunity to get a real feel of Forster and the surrounding area, as well as catch up with some school work and a little maintenance on the bus.
We have been fishing, seen many dolphins, and even a whale breaching not far from our boat, bike riding, walked on some beautiful beaches, been to the local markets, watched some brave surfing, boating in a large inland lake, painted the trailer "blue" and overall had a fantastic time at Forster.
We also have been introduced to the delightful pelicans that have made their home here-no wonder with all the fish! Archie has caught his first Bream, Tim a King Flathead and a 92 cm Gummy Shark, and Fidge a Shovel-nose Stingray. We have all learnt more about estuary fish and fishing but not enough to jag a really good feed yet!! Lotte has fallen in love with Boost juice and has her own rewards card that she has signed up to through the internet. This has been a reward for all the hard work she is putting into her school work.
We look forward returning here to have another look.
