Arrived at the lovely Shangri-la today. Boy were they happy to see me - i was greeted with the welcome gong, hello xylophone music, cold towel, peach iced tea and smiles! Most of my 2 days at the Hyatt have been spent horizontally - either in the extremely comfy bed watching films or on a sun lounger by the pool.
