Happy Love Day!

Q: So how would I spend valentines this year what with being half way around the world?

A: Go to the gym, followed by eating a microwave meal for one with a whole bar of chocolate to finish then to the most romantic place in Sydney that will be full of couples and love hearts and fireworks.

Well, I worked hard at the gym, my curry for one was top notch and I treated myself to my favourite chocolate - fruit and nut!

The evening was going to be spent with my single friends so that my self esteem didn't slip into a negative state.
Darling Harbour really does put on a show, for like, every single thing the city can think of! There was a gigantic pink love heart (as seen in the picture..) there were fireworks (obviously!) and they even came in the shape of love hearts (original..). There were love boats on the harbour and we were hoping to see a cheeky, clichéd proposal but no such luck!

Let's be honest, this valentines day was no different to the last 23.. The postmen still went on strike here which explains the lack of cards and well I just don't get what all the fuss is about to be honest..
