So this is the day I became less of a traveller and more of a resident! I'm experiencing very mixed emotions about all this. I mean this is me putting down roots and being serious and almost adult like. Now I love playing grown ups when I don't need to pay bills or go to work! Unfortunately, I'm now a grown up that needs to do both, in one of the most expensive cities in the world. Always did think these things through!

Anyway. Back to the point - so I'm in a new flat. Sharing with 9 other people. Now throughout uni, it would appear I struggled living with people having moved 7 times in 4 years. However, I think I may have finally struck gold. There's 3 Germans, an Italian, a Dutch, a girl from Finland, 2 brazilians and an Australian girl. I am being taught Italian in exchange for amateur English lessons and learning where all the countries in Europe really are. I will actually come back to England so cultured! LOL.

It is one of the best houses I've had to share though, everyone has a laugh, big discussions and they all try to talk English asking me if they are saying things right.. I feel like, well, super clever!!

So for now, Laura's still smiling but my god she's getting restless.
I need that backpack on and the camera out..

ps. I went to sealife world today. Can't really expand on this. You all know how that place works..
