My goodness we arrived in Milan so easily, found our hotel and car rental office without getting lost! we took ourselves off for a whirlwind tour of Milan got tickets for La Scala which was pretty amazing even Maggie enjoyed it...Today is our last day in Italy so we're both feeling a bit low, though looking forward to seeing all our friends and of course getting to know our little dog again....anyway off to do some last minute shopping.....Arrivederci!

Hurrah, we arrived in Lake Como, after going the wrong way and heading into Switzerland!! thank goodness we had a really nice customs girl who just helped us to turn back round..... well at least thats another country we can say we visited... Checked out Georges place....its ok!! have to see it from the water though... staying in a fab hotel right on the water, cannot believe how many english people are here, its more english than england.... evidently the villag...

Oh my goodness, just when I thought we were completely Wowed! out we arrrived in Venice - I wasn't all that keen to come here but Maggie insisted she bring me and I am so pleased she did we have had a fabulous time here it has to be one of my most favourite cities, this will definately be a place we come back to again and again, for me so much more romantic than Paris! We have stayed outside Venice and found a great hotel which we cannot fault so all in all this ...

Oh my goodness we are just so lazy!!! decided that we are so in need of a rest! that we just have to go to the beach again.....taken ourselves off to Cattolica on the Adriatic coast again, spent four lovely days sunning ourselves by day and sitting up all night listening to the Italians Woop it up at the beach..... and my goodness can they woop, just as any decent english person is tucking themselves in for the night they decide to get going. I have never seen so...

Ok I know most of this trip seems to have been about me but you have to admit how many of you would do this? We drove to Bologna and stayed on a campsite! (actually was great and the food in the restaurant was some of the best we've had) just so Maggie could go on a tour of her beloved Ducati Factory...hope you're all suitable impressed. Although I must admit I actually enjoyed it, the place is still so small and the bikes are handmade so it wasnt like watching a...
