Hurrah, we arrived in Lake Como, after going the wrong way and heading into Switzerland!! thank goodness we had a really nice customs girl who just helped us to turn back round..... well at least thats another country we can say we visited... Checked out Georges place....its ok!! have to see it from the water though... staying in a fab hotel right on the water, cannot believe how many english people are here, its more english than england.... evidently the village we picked to stay in has the largest english ex-pat community, we had no idea... plus most of them seem to be OLD or is that just us? they all seem to have been bussed in, with their marks & sparks twin sets, I'm sure you can imagine. spent a great day sunbathing and visiting a beautiful villa, more chilling out and sightseeing tomorrow.

Managed to get Maggie to walk up a mountain!! Keith would have been proud of her..We walked to a little church called St. Martino right up high in the mountains near our hotel, Maggie so wished she had Lee & Sarah with us so she could sit half way up with Lee and wait for me and Sarah to come back down!! We met some americans on the way and had fun chatting to them at the top and the views well not sure if any of the pics will do it justice... Went to Menaggio in the evening, we both feel sad that this is coming to an end, not sure if we're ready for normality.. mind you dont think our lives are ever very normal!
