Another day in Tallinn today we are palnniong on going on the walking tour and maybe swimming. It is really hot here and due to the fact they went to the euro in January also pretty expensive compared to the rest of the baltic states.
We spent yesterday wandering around the old town looking at churches and city walls. It was quite a nice relaxing day although we really struggeld to find anywhere that sold ice cream. Its all knit wear and medieval getups.
Tallinn was pretty quite last night compared to saturday. There are a lot less stag, hen or birth day groups out. Although at the prices Im amazed so many of them were british. On average it cost 4 pounds a beer which compare to the 2 pound I was spending in riga or the pound in poland is ciminal.
Weve booked our bus to St Petersberg now so we will be leaving really early tomorrow morning. It takes about 10 hours to get to so that is most of tomorrow sorted.
So today is our last day in Europe.

Many people ask me how you are getting on so Iv'e been keeping them informed and suggesting they log on. Many have though they don't tend to leave comments or messages...we are all watching you...x

Steve Taylor I think the knitwear and medieval getups would probably be very apt for some of your family!I am going green with envy knowing you are going to St Petersburg. It is one of THE places for chess players as one of the most famous tournaments took place there in 1914. Even I don't remember that far back!
