No new photos today as we decided to hit the water and know that cameras and left rucsacs don't mix.
This morning we succesfully found the only laundrette in Dubrovnik (it says so on their flyer) and washed my pants (probably best as its a little sweaty out here at the mo)!
On our walk of the wall yesterday we spotted a couple of bars built literally onto the sea defenses out side of Dubrovnik so we decided to scope them out. The best part was you could jump of the rocks into the sea. So we went and joined the more adventorous tourists in these secluded coves (it was a mission to find one of them). The swimming was great although a little cold (compared to 40 degree heats anything is cold). We kept our eyes open for giant tuna but no joy.
Afterwards we wandered around another museum this time about clothes and grain - bit of a weird combination but it was free so what the hey. Then we decided to find the art museum, which was supposedly outside the city walls. After a long and hot climb we decided to sack that off and go to the beach instead. This was the closest I've been to sand in the whole of Croatia (most of their coast is rock) but it was more gravel than actual sand. Anyway we had another little swim and a bit of a snooze before calling it a day and heading home.
Today's culinary delight tuna mush and pasta. It was going to be hotdogs but the beer got in there first. You have to have your priorities.
Last Night in Dubrovnik, we even had thunder, no rain though. Tomorrow night off to Budapest where there are 300HUF to the pound. So two nights is 13,200HUF ouch!!!

Steve Taylor Yo u have to take notes about the quality of the local beers. Or is it a case that after 6 or 7 they all taste the same!
