Hey All

We finally made it to Los Angeles! Actually we're about 100kms south at a town called Dana Point. Despite coming halfway across the world and catching 3 busses, a train and 2 planes we arrived at Dana Point to pick up our old Porsche 2 minutes earlier than predicted, amazing.

This is a 1966 Porsche 912 thst we bought on ebay 2 weeks ago and happily we found that not only did the car exist but it also goes, hopefully all the way across the country to NYC... could do with a tune-up though, after sitting in a garage for 20 years this is no suprise really.

Tomorrow we are thinking of buying a tent and heading north. Right now we are recovering from dinner at a 'Denny's Diner' snd scuffling over who gets first shower... then some much needed zzzz's
